Mr. Tim McGinnis, Vice President of Research & Communications, interfaces with clients and our writers to provide research and factual information for direct mail fundraising efforts.  Mr. McGinnis has more than 25 years of experience in communications and research. Prior to his work at PM, Tim served as Communications Director for the Chief Executives Organization.  His political experience includes his work as Research Director for the Dole for President campaign, as Deputy Director for the Republican Governors Association and as a Senior Research Analyst for the National Republican Senatorial Committee.
