Our Services

PM Consulting Corporation provides the full range of creative and production services and program consulting normal to the direct mail fundraising process, including advice and recommendations in connection with the preparation of all fundraising and membership solicitations, including low-dollar mail, high-dollar mail, thank-you letters, renewals and other solicitations.

PM will create, produce, and mail direct mail solicitation packages solely upon the approval of the client and will recommend to the client marketing methods, mail dates, copy, formats, list selection, and quantities.  Upon approval by the client, PM will arrange with vendors, on a “three-bid” basis, to provide the necessary services and material for carrying out the mailing efforts.

PM’s production process, which has evolved through more than two decades of experience, is designed to ensure quality, on-time mailing at the lowest possible costs.  Upon client approval of any package concept, the client will subsequently receive a Project Outline and Budget Estimate prior to any resources being expended.  These documents cover all aspects of package production including costs.
